Even though you can now see without glasses or contacts, it is important to have routine
annual eye exams. Tthis will help detect the development of eye diseases such as glaucoma or cataracts. Fortunately, having LVC does not increase the risk of developing nor hinders the ability to diagnose and treat these types of problems. Annual eye exams can even detect problems that have no symptoms. If you do not have an eye-care professional to perform your exams, we can suggest one.
